Victoria Gardens is a cul-de-sac off Ladbroke Road. On the west side, Nos. 1-7 is a terrace of rather nice looking small houses, on ground and two upper storeys, which are painted white at ground floor level and generally bare brick above. Each house has a large canted bay next to the simple entrance door. The first-floor windows are quite tall, and each has an ornamental black wrought-iron railing to protect the plant holders.
The east side of the road is mainly taken up with a car park, but there still remain three houses, Nos. 15-17, which are in exactly the same style as those opposite.
